Mr. S. Hernes is Senior Technical Expert with an engineering background and based in Norway. He has worldwide experience covering technical aspects of infrastructure development, renewable energy projects including small-large hydropower ones, technical inspection, M&E and has been PoE on projects and has provided on-the ground training to inspectors.
